How do bookings, cancellations and payments work?
Cleaning products and equipment arrangements are confirmed with your quote. Please tell Jade about allergies, sensitivities or preferred products. Any vacuum or mop requirements will also be agreed before your appointment.
You do not need to be home if a secure access method has been agreed. Keys and access details are handled carefully, and your home will be secured after the clean. Please tell Jade about pets and keep anxious or reactive animals safely contained.
As a general guide, a smaller home may need 2–3 hours and a medium home 3–4 hours. Larger homes and deep cleans are quoted individually. Jade prioritises the areas agreed with you and completes as much as possible within the allocated time.
Limited weekly and fortnightly regular-cleaning spots are available. Payment arrangements and any booking terms are confirmed with your quote. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give Jade as much notice as possible.
